Digital Literacy Skills Training Program directed towards Volunteer Managers with the purpose of engendering their digital literacy. The learning components will be segmented into bite-sized modules designed specifically to be suitable for Volunteer Managers in not-for-profit and/or community organisations. The presumption about this targeted audience is that many of the cohort will likely feel confronted by devices, software, platforms and online delivery, and possess little-to-no digital literacy skills. The deliverable will meet the objective of increasing digital skills, confidence and inclusion amongst Volunteer Managers, thereby enabling them to translate, transfer and disseminate these skills throughout the communities they serve.

Designed to inform and empower, these palatable introductory modules will help volunteer managers to not only use and understand the main digital business, design and communications tools, but moreover to develop an understanding of the reasons to develop a wholistic digital strategy, how to go about it, and where to start.

All materials will be provided in each individual lesson.
